This is pretty much another Onryo story. It wasn't that bad and did have some interesting points and plot turns, but in the end, it felt like Dark Water without all the interesting bits.
My daughter came upstairs while I was watching it and as I was trying to explain to her about the concept of Asian horror and vengeful spirits, it made me realize that this movie had bits of everything that had been done before and was pretty much just another cookie-cutter style movie.
The story, while vanilla, still had enough to keep one interested in what was going on. A couple of very predictable jump scenes here and there.

I was really understand the meaning of boring when I watch this bad movie can i talk Little about the story ? OK its the same of all Korean horror movie ,but with bad bad acting and direction, mother and her daughter move to new apartment and discover that its hunted with ghost of woman and her child >> did't I tell you its the same!!! I wonder some times if there any other ideas of horror movies than this? and the heir you see anywhere, with blood or water or even tears!! i don't know what to say but its really awful movie that you must not see I give it 1%10 , don't try to see it , your time worth better than that if you want something better try 'dark water''The Ring" or one 'missed call' if you were Asian movies fan
When I was given the chance to sit down and watch this 2006 South Korean horror movie, of course I jumped at the chance to do so. Why? Well, simply because I love Asian cinema and horror movies.
Now, I hadn't heard about "Four Horror Tales: Hidden Floor" (aka "Nebeonjjae cheung") prior to 2020 when I had the chance to sit down and watch it, so I didn't know what I was in for, nor did I have any expectations from writer Il-han Yoo and director Ho-Young Kwon.
Turns out that this movie was a massive swing and a miss for me. The movie just failed to entertain me, and there was very little of any worth to be had in the movie. In fact, I didn't even manage to finish the movie. I just gave up on it out of sheer and utter boredom.
The movie had fair enough acting performances, but the storyline and script was just downright boring and uneventful. Which ultimately lead to a very slow paced and dull movie experience.
I have no interest in returning to watch the rest of this movie, as it simply didn't was worth it in my opinion. I am rating "Four Horror Tales: Hidden Floor" a mere two out of ten stars.
