Goofs
As part of his alibi, Grabowski claimed that he would sometimes hold on to packages and deliver them on his day off (in this case on a Sunday). In reality, he could have faced Federal charges, theft of packages and services if he had ever been caught doing it.

However, that only means he was being brash and careless, but it's not a mistake of the show.
