After Naru and Mai fall into a sewer, they find a lot of cursed dolls, but the team still can't find out who is behind them.

The team investigates a park where couples have water dumped on them from out of thin air.

The spirit of a young orphan randomly possesses the children of a church. As Mai follows the clues into the dense forest, the possession takes hold of her.

Mai has been possessed by Kenji, and unwittingly participates in his ritual of hide and seek - the very game that led to the boy's death.

A demon dog prowls Rokuryo High School, waiting to maul the unsuspecting. Whispers of a student's death prove the halls will need to be purged of the unholy remnants of childhood folly.

The campus is held captive by demons. As Mai blacks out during a phantom ambush, it becomes obvious that the members of the SPR might be in over their heads.

People are vanishing within the walls of a strangely constructed house. A séance makes contact with pleading voices from beyond - "Someone please help. I don't want to die."

While investigating the strange house, Mai is snatched by villains in lab coats and taken to a bloodstained torture chamber. Paralyzed, bound, with a blade at her throat, her screams of terror go unheard.

The team is exhausted, outnumbered, and near defeat. Ayako draws out the spirits of the enslaved, releasing Naru from his unnatural slumber. Now, the fate of his friends is in his hands.
