When Nandini is running away from the 'ghost' on the third floor, her hair is untied, hanging loose over her shoulders. Then we see her running down a corridor, her hair clipped. In the next scene again, her hair is untied.

When Siddharth and Avni, along with Badri come to the palace for the first time, Avni wears a long white coat. The next scene, when Murari (Asrani) gets scared when he sees her eyes through the wall/window, she is wearing a green/white sari.

When Avni is brought outside the Palace by one of the co-actor in unstable state we can see the changing of the position of the co-actor scene by scene.

When Vidya Balan hears the story of Manjulika for the first time, she is coming back from the ghat in a car. It is clearly shown she is getting out from the left side in one shot. But when the shot changes she is getting out from the other side.

At around 01:27, when Manjulika shakes the locked door vigorously, the wall along with the Raja's painting starts shaking too. It shows that the wall is not an actual wall but a temporary structure that starts shaking with the door.

During the scene when Aditya (Akshay Kumar) is talking to Shri Yagyaprakashji Bharti (Vikram Gokhale) in the courtyard, we can see a crew member dressed in a black tee and jeans in the background. He makes his way out of the frame, cautiously, so as to not be seen, but obviously fails to do so.

In the beginning, when Paresh Rawal is walking up the stairs, a crew member is seen going up the second pair of stairs.

At around 01:02:30, when Nandini is running through the corridor, it can be seen a crew member in blue cap, in the right portion of the scene. The man walks nonchalantly without knowledge of the camera.

Aditya asks one of the characters to come with him to Malikapur, which another character says its exactly in the center of the country. But when shown the song sequence, they are traveling in a bus which registration starts with KA, which is the registration of Karnataka and the board on the top of the bus is written in Kannada, which emphasizes that the song has been shot entirely in Karnataka which is down south and not in the middle of the country.

During the shower scene when Aditya is flirting with Radha, you can see a tattoo with the name "Aarav" on Akshay Kumar's back, this tattoo is meant for Akshay Kumar's 2009 film, Blue, where his name is Aarav Malhotra.
