I liked this movie a lot. It had just enough action and plenty of steamy romance. The leads are wonderful and had hot chemistry.

Predictable story, is like written by Bollywood writer. Bad acting, cheesy story lines, cheesy sex acts just full of cheap cheeses 🐭 🧀 . I think in real, the body guard is a dangerous man, over possesive too. Giving this movie 4 out of 10.

The Protector is one of Jodi Ellen Malpas books I really liked, this adaptation was very good, the casting was good and the soundtrack was fantastic. The story brought to screen was in general there, however something was missing for me from the book, the details are there and the hot scenes, it felt a bit rushed, I know is hard to fit a whole book into just minutes on screen, but definitely it's still a movie to pass a good time and a way for you to introduce you to the book.

So disappointed. One of my favourite authors and I love this story but the film was so dull. Did not capture any of the spirit of the book or the essence of that characters.

Great movie, could do with better filming but overall the story line is amazing. If you're into romance then this is definitely for you. Also read the novel of this, honestly amazing. And for those of you thinking it's some action based movie with gruesome scenes 🙄I suggest you watch the trailer, read the movie description, instead of getting pissy in the reviews section.

Waited till first 35 minutes to watch a hardcore action scene. but failed. this a romantic movie with a title of action movie. if you prefer an action movie to watch, keep a pillow by your side. it will help you. thank you.

Loved Emma in this. Sha is a beautoful woman.. I liked the story a lot. Watched it 16 times since purchasing it on Amazon.. NOte to critics--I don.t watch movies to look for its faults. I watch a movie that makes me feel good,,and this did just that.

This is not only romance but crime and suspense. Some may not like such sexual and romantic movies like this but it's worth the watch. It shows how important it is not to judge a situation or person before knowing all the details. It also shows that bitterness is not a good thing and can ruin a person's life. It illustrates the real side of true love and how it affects our lives. If anyone has been passionately in love with another person, they can relate to this movie.

Some of the reviews are pretty negative, but this movie is not made to be anything but a feel good romance. The chemistry is phenomenal between the two lead actors, and it is a very good adaptation of the book! I recommend watching this movie if you want to see something sweet and light.

This movie is very good. Perhaps the actor did not know how to coordinate his movements, dialogues and other things well, but he made up for it in the high parts of the film. Emma did it great like never before. The theme is purely sensual and romantic and this movie is EXACTLY EQUAL TO THE BOOK. Bravo for PassionFlix.

So I went to You-tube to check out the trailer and what I saw was nicely done edited music video of the film. And that's all I need to see to avoid what I know to be a lame ass story....passing.

Lots of twists. Acting very good. I was very surprised.
