Four teams of HGTV all-stars design kitchens as the ultimate renovation competition begins. After a hot-air balloon ride over the mountains offers inspiration, Fixer to Fabulous' Dave and Jenny Marrs judge the jaw-dropping finished spaces.
In week two, the teams create stunning Living Rooms and Entryways for their homes. Fireplaces and Rocky Mountain views seem like a sure thing until Rock the Block alum Mina Starsiak-Hawk and HGTV's Jenn Todryk tour everyone's work and pick a winner.
The competition turns up as the teams renovate their main suite; elevated designs rule the day as Lyndsay Lamb and Leslie Davis come to blind judge and determine if any team left things too basic.
With the first floor complete, the teams head downstairs to tackle the biggest space ever seen on Rock the Block: the Lower Level, 1500 square feet of blank canvas to create some of the most outrageous spaces ever seen.
With budgets dwindling and pressure mounting, everyone sprints to finish their houses. After six weeks, a winner will be named and bragging rights claimed. Plus, the teams get to see each other's homes for the first time.
