I really like the show. Mary can be offputting for some (I'm sure she and I could never be friends in real life, I'd only be able to take her in small doses), but she is passionate about her craft, and you don't need to be a Masterchef (pun intended) to replicate the recipes she shares.
She's fun to watch.

I watched Mary Berg win Master Chef Canada a few seasons ago and her personality was on show then and it seems that the bright energy and snappy comments are who she really is. She does need to mix up/expand on her food adjectives as I'm getting weary of 'delish', for example, all the time. The recipes seem do-able and yummy and I will look for her upcoming cookbook with an eye to purchasing it. There are other cooking shows I enjoy more but I still haven't missed an episode of this one.

I know, I know, it's food, but seriously, a drinking game could be made with the times Mary says the word "DELICIOUS". We stopped counting after saying it 8 times in the span of 10 minutes.
Come on Mary, expand the vocabulary!!!
That said, good show.

In addition to her practiced experience and adorableness, it's a wonderfully photographed and edited series.
It shines.
Endlessly rewatchable, I've decided to preserve it as reference material.
Well done all.

The tips and recipes in this cooking show are standard fare, nothing special but far from terrible. The hostess, however, I find so phony and fake. She is incredibly annoying, couldn't stand her for even a whole episode.
If you've seen any of the commercial promos for this, you know what you are getting. If you aren't already annoyed, you might like the show, if you are even on the fence, I'd skip it in favor of just about any other cooking show.

Easy recipes that anyone can make. Love her mannerisms. She talks to her food, she has such great expressions and comments when she pulls stuff out of the oven.

The program is so scripted, it feels forced and unoriginal. A dialogue and sentimentality my grandparents would go for. Ugh.

A youthful and joyous family cooking show with guests from the host's family and friends. I wish that some of the recipes from the show were available online, like Mary's recipe from the Father's day episode for cornbread from South Carolina. All of the episodes feature full meals that are modern in theme and flavour.

Love this show. Wonderfully great tasty dishes, that aren't complicated, skips the hype and BS.
I can tolerate a lot. I can get past a lot. But my god this woman was so artificial and overboard and I could barely get through episode one let alone continue watching.
We get it, you love your mum.
We get it, you love 'erbs '.
Stop. Just stop.
So ridiculous. Can't believe there was a whole episode dedicated to why she loves cooking for Myra Berg.

I joke but that's honestly what this is. This girl looks and sounds like Taylor Swift with the same amount of "quirkinesses" a la Zoey Deschanel that Taylor also seems to possess.
That being said it's a cute show. Great to have on in the background because her weird responses every few minutes make you look up but you don't need to be engaged. All in all Mary seems like a nice girl and I'm glad she got this opportunity. It's a fun little show that was never meant to be "Bake with Anna Olsen" but follows the same format in a more user friendly way.
I think the younger audience will like this show and if it encourages them to try cooking, it's more than worthwhile!

I have the feeling that this jong lady is just a new tool for the channel. Theee is no option to review recipes. (as usual).
It's very hard to find recipes. She even talks about popcorn herbs..Ever heard ot that?
The above decided me to not follow enything anymore aout 24 kitchen. Everything is so fake, recipes can't be find and really popcorn herbs?

Like so many others I just can't stand the fact this is forced to the point you start feeling uncomfortable.
I can't even imagine how people can deal with it.
And yeah different people different tastes, I get that.
But when it becomes this forced an phony I am seriously wondering how this made it on the air.
Was it a deal with the MasterChef contest?
They should stick to handing out bookdeals.
Besides the fact I don't like her as a host the program itself claimed there are many cooking tips and ways to deal with the stress. I for one haven't seen or heard any. And I watched a couple episodes in the hope they would come and she would get better as a host.
And her talking about meat while she hardly eats any herself is just the tip of the iceberg 😉
