Patrick Tamisiea was saran wrapped, and mostly gagged, for 5 hours at a time without a break.
Roughly half of the dialogue in the film was improvised by the various actors.
Green Cobra is the result of two pieces of torn paper drawn from a hat on a dive bar. These pieces of paper one of thirty "director and cinematography challenges" that Sigurd Culhane, and DP Andrew Aiello had made for each other. These two challenges were subsequently the inspiration for Chris Valdez to write the script.
