Diya and Keerthi are friends. Keerthi is an aspiring Stand Up comedian and she is trying to find some opportunities for her shows. Diya becomes a regular presence in the Keerthi's friend's gatherings and through which she get introduced to Keerthi's brother Amal and his friends Jeevan and Sujith. Diya and Amal become lovers eventually. This changes everything for everybody in the group.

One-Line Review: Stand Up / Good Drama That Tries Hard to Be a Motivational Film / 6 Stars

Stand Up is a good attempt at drama that gets confused a little in the middle by its primary theme of evil and consequences of sexual violence against women and the idea of stand-up comedy but makes up for it through the message that it aspires to convey and succeeds in doing thanks to the effervescent performances by both Nimisha Sajayan and Rajisha Vijayan. TN.

Poor direction.

A very good theme executed very badly. Director failed to arrange the sequences to make a presentable thing which remains away from heart untouched.

Don't waste your time!!!

The story is less and the predictability is more.A viewer can know what happens next.Weak screenplay and weak execution of the movie.Its not like a movie, its like a tv serial.

Great potential, worst execution

Super slow, unecessary bloat scenes and characters!

Why were there people for the marriage proposal scene, party, dialogues for nurse, scenes for the police station.

Why was the standup necessary? Standup did not make sense and almost all the actors were poor at acting.

Just waste 2 hours of viewers.Such a worst movie without any theme.There is a chance for making a good movie but the person's behind the movie made it a great tragedy.
