Let me just say, I love horror movies (even some of the B-Horror or even D-Horror, if they are done well) but this movie is atrocious! I saw the high rating and the story even sounded somewhat interesting...People deserted on an island trying to capture footage of some legendary jaguar living on the island. But the story is poorly written and even poorly paced, I dozed off in the middle for a minute or two, and it tries so hard to be like the Blair Witch it&#39;s just sad. I think the summary of the movie is more entertaining than the actual film! Thank God it only runs 78 minutes (but that&#39;s 78 minutes too long)! Obviously people involved in the film gave this the 7/10 stars (again, sad). If you somehow see this somewhere to rent or buy, save your money/time and avoid this at all costs,I wish I had...

Seriously, this movie has nothing going for it. Poor acting, no budget, very little plot, NO HORROR at all. Go watch re-runs of the Brady bunch instead. It is scarier. STAY away from this garbage. Even if you have very low standards for your movies this wont cut it. I think they have attempted to rip off Blair witch, but forget to put in any acting, editing or directing skill. Trying to think of a worse movie... Nope, not off the top of my head. I feel sick now need to go have a lie down. Very Very Very bad. What a waste of time.

I wouldn&#39;t call this a horror movie for whatsoever reason in the world. If you think a bunch of over-sized rats (??) or so called &quot;creatures&quot; roaming around the screen would scare me... Please...! I think even they were on a budget. I hardly see them on screen. I heard people talking about plane crash. All I saw was a small plane with a broken windshield. Maybe the windshield crashed! lol! The occasional flash backs (totally useless and boring) are totally irrelevant. I&#39;ve seen low budget horrors /thrillers but this is the WORST. I liked the popcorn better. A big NO NO. Don&#39;t even think about watching this movie. I doubt if the director or the crew would would have watched it the second time. Waste of time!

I wanted to be more generous with the review as I could see just how hard this film is trying to be taken seriously. However it just falls too short in too many places. There is some OK camera work and location cinematography is decent. The acting is B grade, but I think the actors/actresses are not totally at fault here. In many scenes I found myself feeling that the actor/actress probably had it in them to deliver a more believable performance, yet they seemed dragged down by dialogue or perhaps how the director wanted the lines delivered. There are also some major issues with what the film expects us to believe, the crash site and the experience level of the young documentary crew are two major issues right off the start. Other than that I think its good given what they likely had to work with in terms of budget and overall it&#39;s a &quot;totally have nothing else to do&quot; time killer.

This is my first review for IMDb, and I &#39;joined&#39; because I simply wanted to warn people about this movie. It is probably the worst movie I have ever seen.. and I am not talking, &quot;Plan 9&quot; bad, or &quot;Attack of the monsters&quot; bad... there is nothing redeeming in this movie.. The dialogue is banal and disjointed. The acting is poor at best.. and at times quite just plain juvenile.. The &#39;horror&#39; doesn&#39;t exist. The &quot;bad things/people/monsters&quot;(who knows what they were!) were unidentifiable and simply not scary. etc. etc. There is truly nothing to see in this movie.. and do not waste your time renting/buying to see if it is as bad as described.. It is!

A film crew shooting a documentary has an emergency landing on an uncharted island, hence the clever title. They separate and discover something is hunting them. Acting left a little something to be desired although I did like the Shana Montanez belly dance. It is supposed to be found footage, but most of the film is not found footage. The found footage part was mostly Erin Howie flashing and then saying &quot;I can&#39;t believe I just did that.&quot; The dialogue was boring. The pilot was drinking and doesn&#39;t have a license. He is in no hurry to be rescued. They do have a radio, which they used only once. We do get to see what if hunting them in the very last scene and I wasn&#39;t impressed. Was that a model airplane? Guide: sex and nudity. Don&#39;t recall any swearing

I don&#39;t mind low budget movies, but this was pathetic. Nothing much happens except a lot of insipid dialogue. The people are supposed to be stranded on an island and are supposed to be an experienced documentary team, but they sure don&#39;t act like it. The radio on their plane works but they only use it once. They never bother to check if there is a source of drinking water on the island. They never make any plans at all - e.g., what they should do if a plane flies overhead, and so on. They just aimlessly parade around the island singly or in pairs so that they can be attacked by monsters. The lead actress looks like she might have potential, but is hampered by a horribly bad script. Avoid this movie.
