Eddie introduced Angela to his drink recipes, resulting in the following scene with her highly intoxicated, even relying on his support to be able to stand up. They are then about to kiss at the door to her apartment when her sister opens the door. In subsequent scenes, there is no hint of her earlier intoxication to any degree never mind the levels it had been at.
