Critical sound effects were recorded in the Writer's kitchen using: "Flarp" noise putty, and a Whoopie cushion.
The character names are never mentioned in the film, nor do they appear when credits roll. They are the same as the first names of the characters from the spoofed movies.
Originally conceived as a parody of "A Quiet Place" due to that movie's Best Sound Editing Academy Award nomination. The short premiered as part of New Media Comedy's "Oscar Extravaganza" Live Streaming event (on Instagram and Facebook) immediately before the 2019 Academy Awards on February 24.
