One word- EPIC. Gintoki is by far the best anime character ever.

Gintama is such a series that no matter what age group you belong to, you'll get attached to it someway or the other. I started watching Gintama series in late 2018 and I've watched many other renowned animes before and after it, but Gintama still stands on the top of my favourites. This movie is probably the second one watching which I shed my tears. The way of presenting the emotions and the relationship between friends, allies and between a teacher and his students is just epic. Hats off to studio Sunrise and a massive thanks to Hideaki Sorachi for gifting a masterpiece in form of Gintama.

It was strange seating down watching the finale of perhaps of the best animes that came out of Japan in the early 2000s.

Gintama's quirky style was in full display from the get go as soon as the title flashed all the way to final moment even after the credit has rolled it was still punching their audience with humor and vigor unknown outside fan made movie

The animation was good, the story arc was nothing special been there done that though This is a movie about an end of journey for us the fans

The only perfect thing about this masterpiece is that it's not perfect because all the imperfections make up the perfect thing and that's what gintama is and this movie is the nice conclusion to that masterpiece P. S I kept the repeating the word perfect so many time I forget to tell what I wanted to say, The conclusion of this story is everyone dies!!!!!!!!!😂😂

In my personal opinion, Gintama is the best anime so far. This is the most satisfying ending ,but my heart broke knowing this is really the end. Thanks Gorilla for such epic work. Yorozuya will always be in my memories doing anything so it's not time to say goodbye. Good luck! Odd Jobs.

This Movie Brings it all to an end I want to give it a 1 star review because it ended. But i know I can't do it.

Code Geass was the best anime I had seen by a LONG shot compared even to my #2 and #3 spots, but Gintama beat that by a long shot and now we finally have the conclusion. If Gintama were to ever come back for some ovas or just another fun non-canon movie. I would happily sell my car to watch it if I had to.

Best story I've ever experienced matched only by Berserk.

TL;DR if you haven't seen Gintama yet, you will regret it go watch it right now I can not recommend it enough.

It's hard to believe that the original anime started over 15 years ago and was finally coming to an end. Gintama was so incredibly unique with it's very meta comedy, characters and setting. What made it an amazing series was how good it was at doing comedy stories and serious stories while blending both together.

Gintama the final adapts the final arc of the manga and puts it into a movie format. It has all the qualities that make Gintama great and gives the fans a satisfying conclusion to the story. However, the movie does end up feeling more like a half season anime show than a movie. It would've been nice if they went a bit more out in terms of animation quality.

Overall, It's nice to have a completed series that stuck the landing. There will probably never be a series like Gintama and I am glad I've watched it!

Nice movie, will really miss their funny behavior. Sad to not get to see them anymore :(
