This Taiwanese series consists of seven unrelated stories. Each involves death. Some have supernatural elements and others are more down to earth. To describe just one; a man is killed in a car crash and finds himself back to a time earlier in the evening. He tries to do things differently but although details have changed he dies again at the same place and time. Time keeps looping and he tries to figure out what happened... he isn't the only person involved in the loop.
I rather enjoyed this series. There is a fine atmosphere in each episode; each has a fairly distinctive look. The stories provide some interesting turns; some less expected than others. While each episode features death they have different tones; some are spooky, others are tragic and one even has a feel good ending of sorts. Just don't expect everything to be explained. Overall an intriguing series that I'd recommend for those looking for something a little different.

I like this show. The episodes are striking and entertaining, but literally nothing makes sense. Nothing's explained and after an episode I'm often left confused and bewildered. But I like that.
I've watched the first two episodes, I couldn't watch more. Interesting ideas, but weak development and disappointing ends.
Loved it, a Sci fi anthology
Where each episode stands alone.
In the Netflix explanation it says
" watch in any order" thanks for the permission, that's what sold me...
Enjoy the ride.
I'm hoping for another season.
I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for more if this directors works.

It's like they borrowed pieces of plots from various horror movies, put them in a blender, and threw them at the screen. The episodes are poorly done and very boring.
They tried too hard to make something special (ok ok it is ART) but the result was flat, obscure, and boring.

The first episode got me interested, i thought they are trying a spin-off of "Russian Doll" seriers, but that was only an episode. Was it satisfying? NO. Did it lead to a conclusion? Still NO.
Each episode has a different theme and the ending is open, it's up to us what we understand of it.
I just wanted to end this series, happy that episode 10 was the last one. No episode is connected to another, it's like a series of random, unexplained events.
If you watched and liked episode 1, stop there, it gets worse, a lot worse. The worst episode is the IG one.
I give it 2/10 stars for the first episode.

Good stories, good acting, great cinematography. A slow sensual dark burn. Perfect for a rainy day and just losing yourself in this imaginary world. Tai series are generwell done. I look forward to more of them.
Starts with a good episode but then gets worse and worse till It ends with not even a sci-fi horror episode but a love story. Just a plain old love story. Can't say I knew what they were going for with this? Was it a cultural thing? It's rather overly artistic and abstract at times. The episodes aren't abysmal but they don't do much to hold your interest after a while.
Then when there are solid episodes they just have weird endings that throw them off the rails. You try to figure out what's going on and why but it doesn't connect so well. There are good episodes too like 3 out of the 7 but they don't redeem the rest of this series for me to give it a better rating. It a a good watch if your bored.

I was really impressed by the series. Reminds me of "Black Mirror", each episode stands on its own and you don't know what to expect going into each one. Taiwan cinema has really improved since the 90s. The quality rivals that of award-winning independent films.
