When Dane and Julia get out of the pool to follow the footprints, they leave no footprints of their own, despite them having just gotten out of the water.
When Dane dives into the pool and pulls Lucas out it cuts to a close up of Lucas' face, and his hair is dry.
At about 22 mins, Julie takes a drink of her cola, but in the next shot the level of the cola is about half an inch higher.
At around 1:17 Dane breaks a window and there are shards of glass in the corners, but as he walks away the glass is completely gone from the window.
At around 1:22 Dane is hit by his fathers belt and his mouth bleed, but right after the blood just disappears and he shows no sign of being hit.
The ZIP code on the letter to Dane is for an address in Corcoran CA, not Morristown NJ.
When Julie is reading her book in bed, the power briefly goes out, along with her music. However, when she falls off her bed, you can briefly catch a glimpse of her iPod, which does not require a wall outlet to function and thus, should not have stopped playing music when the power went down.
Clearly the Evil affects all Electrical appliances/equipment so the power going off on her iPod would be perfectly acceptable.

When Julie is in the diner restroom, the power goes out while she is checking on the little girl in the stall. At the door, she flips the switches up and down several times trying unsuccessfully to get the lights back on. A bit later, at the side of the screen in a tighter shot of Julie's face, we see the switches are all in the down, or off, position. However, when Julie's friend comes into the restroom, we can see that all of the switches are now in the up position. Julie's friend puts her hand over the switches, acts like she has flipped them up (we even hear the sound of them being flipped up), and the lights come back on even though the she didn't actually change the positions of the switches.
When Lucas is sitting and watching the TV and either changing channel or altering the volume, the beam from the remote is visible. This only happens when the beam is activated whilst user is looking at it through a camera/camcorder/mobile phone.
Lucas carries a box marked GRandma's DISHES into the cellar. It is clearly empty.
Near the end of the film, Julie (who is facing away from the camera) asks Dane, "Are you okay?" Dane responds (at around 1h 25 mins) without moving his lips, "Oh, He's gone. We don't have to worry about it."
