Claire Hart: My client Mr. Garcia is a decent man and a good landlord. And he's made every attempt to be civil in this matter. However, Mr. Bruce refuses to vacate the store front.

Mr. Bruce: We feel my client is entitled to moving expenses, he simply can't afford the costs of relocating all of his merchandise from his rug store.

[Claire hands the paper over to the judge]

Claire Hart: Considering Mr. Bruce has been using the space to run a lucrative electronics franchise on the side, we beg to differ. Unfortunately his lease stipulates he's only to operate one business within the store at a time.

Judge Rhodes: Mr. Bruce, you are to vacate your store within one weeks time. Court rules in favor of Mr. Garcia.

[She uses the mallet and hammers the table]

Claire Hart: Thank you your honor.
