Acid trip kid used as most credible source

Terrible. The anecdotes they use implying evidence are laughable. They gave a lot of screen time to some 15 year old kid who looks like he's still coming down off his last acid trip. How are we supposed to take this seriously? I started out watching it with an open mind and very soon realized it was more of a comedic experience.

Information travels at velocities greater than light.

Typical UFO/Space Alien documentary that is low on peer reviewed scientific evidence, but very high on anecdotes from alleged contactees. The film uses the Drake equation to support the thesis of a high probability for intelligent life in the galaxy (sound familiar?), and claims to overcome the Fermi paradox by asserting that they are here and speak telepathically, but only to certain sensitive people. To support this assertion, we are treated to sound bytes from a few sensitives, and presented with high quality illustrations of the menagerie of interstellar beings described. (Fans of this genre will recognize the familiar Grays, Lizards, Whites, and the long spindly armed creatures made famous by Steven Spielberg.) The sensitive's testimony is peppered with pseudoscience from elderly white men who play the scientists, nod their affirmations appropriately, and provide the techno-babble. One explains how black hole to black hole transmission of information across parallel universes demonstrate why communication with advanced beings can occur instantly across many light years in our galaxy. These terms suggest some kind of Hawking radiation phenomena (where time can be reversed) that are so scientifically esoteric that we mere mortals could never follow, so it must be true. Later in the film, the narrator, who is also a sensitive, is seated in a scientific laboratory setting. While she stares at a beaker of dark liquid -- we're told that it contains DNA -- she is asking her space alien friend, telepathically, to change the structure of the substance in the glass, like water into wine. At this point I left the room, missing out on the grand finale. They convinced me -- if superior space aliens who wish to commune with primitive humans did not exist, then man would invent them.

Not for everyone

This is for people who are highly spiritual. Those who have had contact or are familiar with the lingo. It's a provoking product, giving you much to think about, to digest. Unfortunately, the film makes no attempt to bridge the gap between the 'initiated' (my term) and those that have not. If you're a skeptic, you'll intensely dislike it, but if you're open to the subject, it's captivating. There's not a lot of strong science and you have to take Caroline at her word, but she's not making this up. Trust me.

Cringe material

Shameful nonsensical yadda yadda targeting old housewives for profit. This is not a documentary...is almost a scam dressed as "scientific". Anyone with self respect and some knowledge on the et topic will cringe watching this.

I ADMIT I DID NOT WATCH THE WHOLE THING: COULDN"T

Maybe it's just me and I wasn't high enough but I found my struggle to try to hear the dialogue over the new age-sci-fi, wind chime- stick a crystal in my ears too frustrating. Did any of the film makers watch this movie and not realize the sound is really a challenge?

I need more scientific evidence. The testimony of some nice folks just isn't enough for me.

Hang in there if you can read lips and I hope you get more out of it than I did.

Waste of time

This is not a documentary, there are just interviews with people who claim that they had interactions with extraterrestrial life, the host of the show being of them, and their stories don't even match. Such a shame

Hooey

Perports only hybrid alien humans (or humans containing alien DNA) can communicate with aliens.

Science fiction

The thing I found the most absurd was the lady who claimed to be able to communicate with aliens using a offered no translation or sense of understanding when two "ET contactees" spoke in this so-called "universal language". I was really waiting for her to try to sell me on a multi-thousand dollar seminar.

What

"Speed of thought is faster than the speed of light"

I mean really. What utter nonsense is this damn documentary. Crop circles were proven to be made by humans years ago, and that segment didn't even line up with what she was talking about.

Only watch this for it's comedic value and watching some kid speak a random, made up language.

Severely Dissapointed

They removed the imposters and the part where you're supposed to be doing tasks. I'd suggest that adding the imposter and tasks would one-up the movie to a whole nother level.

Nonsensical

Plain silliness presented as if it were factual. Pseudointellectual pseudoscientists who should be ashamed to show their face in public since this farce was released to the public. I tried to give it a chance, but after I snickered through the first half I couldn't take any more.

Mixed nuts

I've rated it 3/10 simply for the entertainment value. I've always found documentation of mental illness fascinating. Since the beginning of the human species people have invented ways to make themselves feel significant whether it be religion, witchcraft, the occult, or this incredibly sad nonsense. I really wish there were more advanced beings watching over us, and that maybe they would have the very simple notion of abducting terminally ill children and curing them for a change instead of abducting all of these flaky self-important shallow thinkers. Spoiler alert: You're not important and neither am I, and that's okay. Stop wasting your time deluding yourself.

Earth is a mini-universe, learn from it

After murdering, exterminating, polluting, breaking and destroying everything, and disrespecting and eating everything alive around us on Earth, some of us think that the space aliens are coming to do us lots of favors and save us? Lol! The universe is a jungle! Humanity is baby-birds just hatching out of our eggshells. Anyone naive enough to think that anyone in that jungle is our friend, will be eaten first.
