The bridge scenes were all filmed at the Kings Ferry bridge which joins The Isle of Sheppey to mainland Kent in the south east of England
The clerk at the reception of the psychiatric ward is using a Microsoft Surface Studio computer, which would be considered a bit over the top for the purpose. The list price is around £4000.
