My current tv addiction. Four episodes in and it's all I can think of. Watched the lead actress Esra Bilgic in two seasons of Dirilis Ertugrul, a role I felt became increasingly shallow, something I've noticed in some tv series once the chase part of the romance storyline is played-out. I'm decently expecting that doesn't happen here, *knock on wood*. It's my first time watching the lead actor and title role, Murat Yildirim, both are great in their role, and really great together. I believe their characters. Sibel is my jam, love her attitude. And Ramo, I love him as Bodyguard Ramo & Defacto Head of the Pumpers Ramo. The first episode was a bit shaky for me because of the director's unique style, I was afraid he was going to be Tarantino-like with the fonts, which I love Tarantino but just no. I thought the show would go up in some heavy handed "Gangster Series" style flames that all but spells WE BAD, WE ASS, WE BADASS in the sky but for all my worries by the second episode I was in love. Completely. Gangster font and all.
