Super Why! was originally developed in 1999 as a stop motion animated show. It was pitched to Nickelodeon but the network did not pick it up.
In Season 2, Pig's voice has matured severely. This was because his voice actor also matured.
Tajja Isen voiced Princess Pea/Princess Presto throughout the entire series.
