I've tried watching a couple of episodes, but acting, lines, scenes are so bad, boring and without emotions like someone pointed a gun at the actors. There's so much material in Serbian history but all the series so far are sadly complete fails.

Unwatchable for a great number of reasons. Include, but are nor limited to: poor acting, poor shooting (max 2-3 camera angles per scene), awful screenplay and unnatural dialogues. Very boring, undynamic. History elements and characters are just an added burden to the shows credibility and watchability. Postive things... I don't know, maybe costumes are OK. Avoid if possible, not worth anyone's time.

There is lack of attention on details and many omissions, dialogues are poor, and action is withoit any dyniamics. And the most important, acting is very very bad,so dialogues are nit natural

Sadly, gone are the days of quality Serbian screenwriting - camera work is prescriptive lacking inspiration, scene setups and lighting make it look like it's just taping of the theatre play, town buildings look fake (as they are indeed), dialogues are ridiculous and consist of endless greetings and pleasantries stretched to the point of wanting to scream, acting is mainly flat and boring (perhaps not their fault considering the screenplay) with special mention of young captain Nikola who looks and acts like he was picked up from the street 1/2 an hour earlier and didn't have time to prepare, characters are either drinking or smoking or both ... wasted time, wasted money, a sad, sad attempt of, what they call 'historical TV spectacle'.

That is the worst serbian tv show so far! Poor acting and no any action or drama. Just endless and pointless dilagoues with no any dinamic. Even scenes which should be a highlights of the tv show ( where main characters are in love) are boring with no passion and it looks like someone forces actors to participate in this. Zero talent. Zero action. Zero drama. Skip it if u dont want to waste your time. Someone who directed reality trashy shows cant be a goood creator of some historic story. Yuck.

Acting is so bad, looks like cheap soap show. It is obvious that they want to increase number of episodes with copy / paste system, shown as "memories ". Complete waist of time

Great set decoration, costumes & music Placed in pre WWI Belgrade. Melodramatic & lavish.

I can't find a single positive thing about this series. It's very embarrassing to know that this 'tv show' is Made in Serbia.

One of the best tv shows ever. Great acting, plot and music.

Poor production lacking basic direction. Writing is so bad that I'm cringing trough whole episode. Actors are good but acting is terrible due to bad writing, even the best actors can not bring out those lines. It's a shame, because theme and pool from which series draws is so interesting. Producers should be ashamed for disrespecting Serbian history like this.

This is how Serbian people show their history..Shame for actors, for this movie ....lots vulgarity , forcing of vulgar intimate relationships in every episode without any point out of it, they didn't know how to show normal love and human relationship, it is like the history was reality show, disgusting...

Excellent acting, very interesting scenario about extremely important period at the dawn of (and leading to) the first world war. I enjoyed it throughout the 120 episodes and was very sorry when Corona virus-related restrictions stopped the serial in the spring of 2020.
