Resepsjonisten

The movie was shot at "Strand Hotel" in the south of Norway. The same hotel author Roald Dahl used to stay in during the '70s and the '80s. The bar in the hotel is named after him and you can briefly see a picture of him on the wall.

When the fire alarm goes off, the real nigh-shift worker at the hotel can be seen staring through a window.
