This film is perhaps the first one in Indian cinema to have only children actors throughout, with their voices dubbed by famous Kannada star actors. This film is almost like watching a Flipkart Ad with the only difference being the duration, which is of around 2 hours. The KGF music director Ravi Basrur, who has directed this film, deserves praise for his novel idea.
The film has a simple commercial story with a hero, heroine, villain and other supporting actors. A father of three girls is worried as his eldest daughter is yet to find a suitable groom. Our hero falls in love with the youngest daughter and wants to marry her. How exactly he gets her by fighting through all the obstacles is what the movie is all about.
It's really fun to watch the kids lip sync and give cute expressions to the dialogues which are heard in adult voices. The innocence with which the kids perform while doing this will almost melt you! The film has been carefully shot so that you cannot see even one adult in the film! The music is also entertaining and complements the story very well.
The story of the film feels like it could have been better and more entertaining. The emotional scenes feel somewhat melodramatic at few places. This could be because it's done by kids here and most of the times it is only comedy and furiousness that works best when done by kids.
The casting of all the children is commendable. Ashlesh Raj performs wonderfully with Yash's voice. Shlagha Saligrama looks really cute with her adorable expressions while delivering dialogues in Radhika Pandit's voice. Shravya Maravante's cute act while delivering funny butler english dialogues in Tara's voice is worth mentioning. Jayendra Vakvadi also impresses with his bold expressions.
Overall, this film is one of a kind and is sure to cheer you up! It makes for a good one time watch with kids.
