On Friday, 30th of March 2001, the new government of the Republic of Serbia issues a warrant for the arrest of the former president of the republic Slobodan Milosevic, the undisputed ruler of the state for 10 long years.
Special Operations Unit try to storm the residence of the former president Milosevic but encounters strong resistance. As tensions rise, things start getting out of control.
An aspiring politician, Cedomir Jovanovic enters the former president Milosevic's residence in an attempt to negotiate Milosevic's surrender. The reactions of those barricaded inside of the residence are unpredictable.
Milosevic and Jovanovic finally manage to find some common ground. Meanwhile, the lives of the common people are heavily affected by the happenings inside of the former president Milosevic's residence.
After three turbulent days of suspense and turmoil, Milosevic agrees to surrender. Members of the Milosevic family spend their last moments together at liberty.
