This documentary is a lot less about Star Wars, and focused a lot of John Williams's other works and philosophy.
If you love film and music, and want to see bit behind how composers and directors did the things they did, and their philosophies, then this is a must watch. Even aside from that, I think the doc is approachable enough for anyone, with the only downside being its quality =/= age.
