The first of four original films in The Hallmark Channel's 2020 "Love Ever After" lineup (renamed from the previous years' "Countdown to Valentine's Day").
Natalie finds a stack of old cards/love letters in the barn, one of which reads "always and forever". Zach's card to her at the end of the film says the same thing. "Always and forever" is one of the most significant quotes from One Tree Hill, which Bethany Joy Lenz starred in as Haley for nine years. The words were frequently shared by Haley and Nathan and remain incredibly meaningful to fans of the show, so it's fair to assume this was a deliberate nod to OTH and Joy herself.
