Flo Makes The Show

Ace performance from Engstrom as the cold-blooded Flo, mastermind of a robbery that goes awry. Now she must hide the surviving robber in her diner's basement before the Patrol gets him. Trouble is she's got other plans for the robber that she must improvise now that Mathews and Sgt. Johnson are searching for him. With her high, angular cheek bones, actress Engstrom really looks menacing, so her behavior comes as no surprise. Her riveting presence really distinguishes the episode that also includes a rather raw twist, but is otherwise fairly conventional. Anyway, my advice is if you see a rundown diner next to the road called Flo's, whatever you do, Don't Stop!
