Cause u will want to keep watching to see how bad it gets. I wish i hadnt. I should have switched off after 5 mins but no.
Just ridiculous. Like this tall skinny man made out to be as strong as an ox. Nobody fighting back. Like literally someone is being strangled, they arent tied down or anything, but just keep their hands at their side as they are chocked to death. Ok then.

All the 10/10 rev's are from 2 groups of ppl.
1st are the one who only rated this pos, 2nd are ppl who rated 2 movies.
And its always the same 2 movies: Incision (2020) and Glass Jaw (2018).
In both films same actors, same production companies etc.
So its really obvious whats going on here. And maybe imbd should f do something about it!
I am pretty forgiving when it comes to movies and look past a lot of things and details but this movie was absolutely terrible here's what sucked
Terrible Acting
Bad plot
Horrible storyline
Extremely bad special effects
Please and I asking nicely do not waste your time on this movie
We paid 5 dollars to rent it and if we didn't I would have turned it off within 10 min
Honestly have no idea how this has a high rating, must of been the actors that's rated it because this was one of the worst films I've ever watched in my life and I love my horrors!! Everything about it was predictable, cheap & boring.

Who gives this a 10?! Terrible acting. The story does not connect their laptop is mysteriously at this doctors house and they all go drive there to get it, there is no action and about 10% gore I mean like just 3 to 4 things happen and they do no deserve the review of 10 this person gave it, very misleading please save your time, watch alive instead its like what this movie wished it could be. Just awful. And did I mention terrible horrid acting....and the movies the old lady watches are as bad as this one.

By just watching the trailer i knew i didn't have to watch this movie.
My god, what a terrible acting.
I think the high rating came from people who were getting $5 instead of paying $5 for renting it.

I actually cannot believe what I've read from these reviews hyping this 'thriller'. Are ya'll serious?
So the review: if you want to watch a film that looks like something college media studies students would produce then here it is. Granted the plot might have been a good idea if it wasnt shackled down by bad acting and script. It's hard to watch, but if you want a giggle and your really bored go for it.

Incision Incision... the title says it all! For fans of horror that gets under your skin, Incision is a must-see. I'm in health care field so i guess this movie hit different for me.
Watching this movie reminded me of some of the botched plastic surgery jobs i see around LA lol.
This was a spine-chilling thriller, Incision, we're plunged into a nightmare world where beauty becomes a deadly obsession. When beauty blogger Alexa Landry and her friends fall prey to the deranged Dr. Cunningham, a twisted plastic surgeon with a penchant for 'beautifying' his victims, they're forced to confront their worst fears in a fight for survival.
Incision is not just a horror film; it's a chilling exploration of society's obsession with perfection and the monstrous consequences that arise from unchecked vanity. Zamani's deft handling of the material keeps audiences on the edge of their seats, offering thrills and scares in equal measure.

I have no idea how it is possible that this is such a high rating. All I can fathom is that people were paid to rate this higher than it is, because the acting is beyond atrocious. Seriously, watch the first five minutes and you will wonder how and why in the hell somebody actually paid these actors/actresses as they do nothing more than overact and look stupid. If there was anyway to give this a negative number, it would be -20, at least. There are only a few reviews on here that are stating true information. Do not believe any of the 10 out of 10 reviews. Run far far away from this one!

At of today, November 1, 2020, and I think this might be the first non-fake review of this movie. So there's a certain gravitas to that, I guess!
"Incision" is not terrible, but it's a horror flick that doesn't really deliver on its promise, which is gruesome body horror. After the obligatory cold open, we are introduced to our protagonists and, as is sadly the case in so many horror flicks, they are a bunch of intolerable creeps. We meet Alexa, an "influencer" with millions of followers, her boyfriend Lee who is a football player, Lee's friend Calvin who is some sort of record producer, Trinity the pop star that Calvin is dating and producing, Calvin's hanger-on Kenny who uses his proximity to Trinity to entice hot girls to sleep with him, and Alexa's sister Becca who just left rehab because she was assaulted. We spend the first half of the movie with these entitled jerks who live in mansions and while I think it's to get us to care, they just get more and more annoying until we are almost begging the movie to get them to the crazy surgeon. (to be fair, though, Caylee Cowen's 'Becca' is the only character that escapes this fate -- she is the one character that is made sympathetic and as a result, we like and care about her).
Then, when Calvin goes to play Trinity's "great new single" for the gang, it turns out that Kenny -- for reasons never fully explained -- took the Mac Book that contains the lone copy of this tune and was galivanting around the city with it and somehow lost it. Becca teaches them how to use the "Find my Mac" feature on the iPhone, and they send Kenny out to retrieve it. Somehow (also not explained), it ended up in the house of Dr Gene Cunningham, a plastic surgeon, and his extremely weird family, which consists of the good doctor, an older woman, his older son, and a creepy kid who is his younger son. When Kenny doesn't return, the others pile into a car and go look for him. The doctor greets them, and captures them all, promising to "make them all beautiful." But as you might expect, the doctor is certifiably insane and his views on "beauty" might not be yours....
The biggest problem is that "Incision" promises gruesome body horror but it just doesn't deliver. In a movie like this, we're waiting for extreme set pieces. But they are just not there. The doctor promises to do all manner of horrible things and then... well, either they cut away or something happens to avoid it. So while there are a couple of "close calls", it turns into more of a standard run of the mill "run around trying to get out of the evil house" slasher flick. And when you build up characters as annoying as they are in the this movie, we're in it to see them get it bad. And the direction and editing is off-putting... several times the scene will end, everyone will just sort of "stop acting" and the film just slowly fades to black. Then we're on to the next scene.
There are some good things, though -- the Cunningham family is plenty creepy, and James Allen Brewer is an absolute hoot as the insane plastic surgeon. He is almost worth the price of admission itself! And as I said, Caylee Cowen as Becca gave us a character to root for.
Not a terrible way to spend 90 minutes, but nothing special. I'm probably rating it a little higher than it deserves because the Doctor and his family are unnerving enough to make it sort of entertaining.

I can make it short:
If you like Movies that are below Trash Level, this is for you!
The Actors did a overall bad Job, the Story was weak and not well written.
It must be the Covid Pandemic, that everyone thinks they can make money with such utter Garbage Movies.
Would never recommend this, even 1 Star is too good for this.

I could make a better movie there. The actors also performed poorly. An absolute disappointment. The worst horror movie 2021.

Not much fear, not much terror, not scary, basically like nothing. Story is plain and predictable as hell. The beginning of the story is just a waste of time.
Korrina Rico has always been a hottie!!! I remember seeing her on TMZ back in the days 😜. Great scary movie!

Utter rubbish. Everything is terrible. Everyone involved in creating this movie should be ashamed of themselves. Do yourself a favour and go watch paint dry. I'll never get this time back.
The story isn't actually a bad idea. It reeks of The human centipede. Except with a tenth of the budget The human centipede had.
All the acting is terrible. I mean fingernails down a chalk board terrible. It actually caused me physical pain to see it. The casting was actually spot on in terms of formulaic roles played by actors that for the roles perfectly. The script, literally sounds like a 3 year old write it. The kid actor makes you realise that as irritating as they can be, child actors in big movies can ACT act. The camera work was abysmal. Lightning dreadful. Scene framing shocking. I've seen better on a YouTube sketch filmed by someone on their phone. DO BETTER!

When watching this film I spent a lot of time wondering if they actually knew they were making a terrible film. Trying to go for it is so bad that it's good, terrible kind of film. Since it feels like it's straggling that line for me without quite crossing over. It might have actually been a better film if they would have gone all in for that. Certainly more entertaining for sure!
The mad doctor character is over the top, and completely unconvincing. Like this film isn't remotely scary, and the actors don't sell it either. There's a lot of tropes and clichés as well. Some of the characters make no sense being there too. The crazy doctor has a whole family going on, all of them cool with this mad science experiments.
For some people who like horror that's so bad that it's good might enjoy this film, if their line is different to mine. But if you are looking for an actual scary horror film. This isn't it.

Saw this on Amazon Prime last night and boy was it bad.
If anyone has rated this three stars or over then this proves they have something to do with the film.
Fake stars reviews are terrible and IMDB need to do something about this, it's getting out of hand.
Now onto the film, the premise was interesting that is why I sat down to watch this film.
The acting was terrible, now I know actors have to start somewhere but boy they need to get some acting lessons.
The editing for this film was awful, the film jumped so many scenes that sometimes you were wondering what the hell was happening.
The two main girls were nice to look at but dressed up like nuns through the whole movie, by the way there was no nudity anywhere in the movie.
The main guys in the film were so clichéd in this movie that it was one of the worst things in the movie.
The blood in the film was cheap cgi and when the doctor throws an arm into a bin, the arm looked like rubber, that's how bad this film is.
I struggled to watch the whole film but I stayed until the end.
Right before the movie finishes we get total strangers who have nothing to do with this movie popping up just for the film to extend its running time.
Avoid this film at all costs.
And this is a note for the film makers, give up, this is not your niche. Go and try something else.
Dreadful movie, zero stars if it was possible.

I was on edge of my seat entire time. A great indie-horror movie in time for Halloween 🎃. Great acting an special effect. a plot that has plenty of twists and turns leaves you guessing "Incision 2"

Does the person who made this know another way to change scenes without a power point presentation fade out.. a crime against film making.
Basically a bunch of kids showing off they fancy cars.. I'll wait hopefully for their mutilation.

If you don't know how wooden acting does look like watch this, also Lee Kholafai seems to be the master of wooden acting, Tree's would be jelaous.
Dialogues = stupid, behavior = stupid, story = stupid
The fake reviews and pushed rating tricked me into this and that's why this ... gets a 1/10.
