In Canada, Crave (movie channel) has started showing some short Canadian made films in between regular length features, and this gets exposure to some interesting and well-made shorts that otherwise would not be seen outside of a festival.

This one was very good, another reviewer called it a Black Mirror type of episode, and it reminded me of The X-Files S11, Ep7 (from 2018) called "Rm9sbG93ZXJz" about invasive technology.

It's a short, so the story is not elaborate. Of note, the music is terrific and adds to the production values.
