Very well made movie !!

Dialogues, screenplay, direction too good. Story is really gripping as it progresses.

Loved the character Rajappa, very spontaneous.

Suitable for family viewing, best suited for a lazy Sunday afternoon.

In the midst of some boring movies, Amruth Apartment has a fresh story that keeps one guessing next turn most of the time. The characterisations has been very clear and interesting. Story line is new. Very cleverly depicts life in Bengaluru in these times that has become very cosmopolitan, losing relationships to earning. Thanks to the team for a great movie.

I saw this picture with family and friends, this is a wonderful suspense thriller movie. " Navu Bandeva is a song beautifully pictured on Bangalore Auto driver Lakkappagouda performance is rocking ,Bengali song is also melodious.

Debutant Director Mr. Gururaj Kulkarni's very nice direction. Movie was nice. After a long time watching a good movie. Nice narration, apt story line for today's time. Good songs and music. Lead actors have done their work efficiently.overall a nice movie. Congratulations to the director and his team.

Director failed to narrate the story with curiosity. Story plot is good but it's boring without any comedy. Cannot say it's a thriller movie. O don't see it in the movie. There is no good music and BGM. As well as Screenplay.

I just gave a try to watch this movie... I really liked it. Simple and very well made. All actor's did great, it feels realistic. Want more movies like this.

Boaring.nothing special regarding the screen play.no strong investigation plot. Streched the movie time for no reason. Not at all thriller...very bad experience.

Direction was fantastic, screenplay was visualised perfectly and will drive you to the end of story..And that what we expect from a thriller ..spectacular and a must watch without a doubt i give 10 out of 10.

Very few movies in Kannada keeps its promise of being a suspense thriller and Amruth Apartments manages to keep this promise.

No dragged scenes, unwanted comedy or mindless action.

The story, screenplay and direction is the soul of this movie.

One of the best movies from 2021.

Urvashi is so bad at her Hindi pronunciation that she doesn't sound like a North Indian. She mentions she is from Kolkata but she doesn't sound Bengali at all let alone a North Indian. She's been in Bangalore for 3 years & her Kannada is so local and even her Kannada is bad and this is not the character. I think Urvashi's Kannada itself is bad. Her English is good after all when any Indian goes to USA they loose the pronunciations of their mother tongue. Her bad Hindi pronunciations which says she hasn't worked on her language for the character at all. Her Hindi should have been with a Bengali accent. Why make her character North Indian or why not have another actress who actually is North Indian? She is above average to look but so bad at dialogue delivery. I just couldn't digest her Hindi.

Tarak Ponnappa is OK in his character. Not great but not bad.

There is no chemistry between the two lead characters. The chemistry needn't be positive only. Here it's zero.

The best scene in the film is the character Siju Joseph's introduction. It was hilarious.

A driving scene that is directed so badly has her just seated in the driver seat and her hands are not even on the steering wheel with Ponnappa beside her and the car is actually moving on the road. Poor direction throughout the film.

As for the writing, there are more problems with logic and realistic moments that don't feel realistic enough. Everything looks contrived. The auto driver's character's introduction is made to be suspenseful but it is very much in the open who he is. The screenplay is so bad and is not detailed at all. It feels like a teenager has written this. Very Badly written.

The film's core idea of how the conflict begins reminds me of the Hindi film 'Kadakh' which was brilliant. The core idea only.

Many People praising Normal Malayalam Movies but they are talking about this type of Extraordinary Kannada Movies .

Scenes of Vasu and Sapna were so Natural .

Even Language is so Convincing .

Thriller plot is also Very Good , Thriller plot builds up in slow manner may be that is the reason why many people dislike about this Movie .

Overall this is a very Good Worth Watching Movie .

Plot of the movie seems good. But it doesn't feel like you are watching Kannada movie. Lot of dialogues in are on different language. It's very irritating to watch.

Watched this wonderful Kannada movie in theater after long time. Simple, clean and engaging movie.

Good to see Kannada movies without longu, macchu, rowdy-ism, exaggerated heroism.

Excellent performance by lead actors. Good mix of relationship, values and crime.

We have enjoyed this filim; it is good entertainment. The movie location selection, Choreography and editing are perfect to make your time wisely spent on this.

The movie has a simple star cast, small budget, no melo drama, no romance, no fights, no fancy locations but has 2 things running for it, an amazing story line and wonderful performances.

The story is revolved around a couple who are on the verge of divorce . But they end up in a unwarranted mess and become part of a police investigation.

As the investigation continues, the suspense reveals itself like onion peel.

The climax reveal may be portrayed in a different way but the climax is way beyond imagination.

This is a MUST WATCH for anyone and one wont be disappointed for sure.

Excellent movie!! Has the right amount of comedy, tragedy and suspense. Balaji rocks!! His sense of timing in dialogue delivery and comedy is amazing.

The movie is well directed and of nice thriller genre, the movie can be watched with entire family without hesitation (now a days difficult to find such clean movies) so get into a multiplex near you and savour this movie.

After a long time after covid, we saw this movie. It was really nice and interesting.. Actors Tarak Ponappa and Lakkappa Gowda have done a great job.. Enjoyed the movie..

Just go ahead and watch it guy's, I highly highly recommend it. It's having a very good story line.

A welcome change in the new gen Kannada movies with an awesome direction. Watched it with the family and thoroughly enjoyed especially the second half which was gripping till the end. Looking forward for more such movies.
