Shot out of season at the Keansburg Amusement Park in New Jersey. The park was badly damaged by Hurricane Sandy in 2012.
Shot in 2008 under the title "Kiddie Ride".
Director Harold Guskin is better known for being an acting coach rather than a director. He counted the star of this film, James Gandolfini, along with other luminaries like Kevin Kline and Glenn Close among his clients.
It was given a bare minimum theatrical release before being released on DVD and Blu-ray four days later.
