Vince McMahon Jr. never co-promoted with the Maivia family in Hawaii in 1982 or at any point.
The series portrays Rocky Johnson, The Iron Sheik, Andre The Giant, Roddy Piper, Randy Savage, Junkyard Dog, and other wrestlers working in Hawaii in 1982. The Junkyard Dog was in Mid South Wrestling at the time. Randy Savage was working for his father's territory (ICW) in Kentucky. The Iron Sheik was working for Mid South Wrestling (Louisiana) and Memphis Wrestling for Jerry Jarrett.
Jerry Lawler is portrayed as the commentator on Memphis Television when Rocky Johnson was wrestling in 1987. This isn't true as Jerry Lawler wasn't a commentator as Lance Russell and Dave Brown were the commentators.
The series portrays Bam Bam Bigelow as being sent to Memphis by Vince McMahon to get more experience. This isn't true as Larry Sharpe had sent Bigelow to Memphis as Bigelow would not go to the WWF until much later in 1987.
The series portrays Rocky Johnson as being upset that Andre the Giant got an LJN figure and he didn't in 1982. The LJN figures were not produced until late 1984 and Rocky Johnson had already left the World Wrestling Federation by then.
When Rock had his debut dark match in Corpus Christi, the series portrays Mantaur as being in the dressing room. By the time The Rock came to the WWF, Mantaur had already been released.
Because of political correctness, the series does not accurately portray the lifestyles of the wrestlers. In real life, they were known to have coolers of beer in their cars, chase women, tell inappropriate jokes, etc.
Many of the hairstyles/clothing are more 2021 and not the accurate hairstyles/clothing of the time (early 1980's)
