While making wedding invitation photos in the wedding dress she designed herself, Zhou Fang finds out that her fiancee is cheating on her. Devastated she walks in the middle of the road and gets hit by Song Ling on his motorcycle.

Zhou Fang visits Song Lin's mentor, who's also the mother of Su Yushan's first wife, who passed away. Fang's parents visit and Song Lin tries to charm her mother and makes a pact with her father to help him get on her good side.
Qin Qing finds out that Yulin's mother is her teacher from high school, who was very strict to her and partly because of Yulin. Su Yushan becomes more and more infatuated with Zhou Fang and wants to take her to a fashion show in Milan.
Zhou Fang is in the middle of the struggle between Song Lin and Su Yushan, but Lin doesn't want to tell her as she would take his side and loose all her opportunities. Meanwhile Ling Xi resigns and focuses her energy on Song Lin.
Song Lin comes back from the US and Zhou Fang gives him an earful about his lack of communication. Qin Qing and Yulin get caught holding hands by Tian Lijuan and she shows her disappointed without reservation.

Song Lin's servers remain under attack and everyone is working 24/7 to counter and get to the bottom of things. Qing Qin confesses to Teacher Tian that she's not pregnant and they have to deal with the consequences.
Song Lin decides to help Su Yushan and his former businesses, which will also benefit Zhou Fang and the entire industry. His view isn't shared by his board, but Ling Xi can see the appeal, especially for her own finances and reputation.
