Nick Simmons has progressed personally and professionally since appearing alongside his family on Gene Simmons Family Jewels. Nick is the eldest child of Gene Simmons, the bassist and co-lead singer of the rock band Kiss, and his long-term partner Shannon Tweed. He appeared alongside his parents and sister Sophie Simmons on the A&e reality series Gene Simmons Family Jewels, which followed the lives of Gene and his family.

Gene Simmons Family Jewels revealed intricate details about the Simmons family life, and after two seasons, the show became the second highest-rated series on A&e. However, Gene Simmons Family Jewels ended on July 14, 2012, after seven successful seasons.

Hulu has quite a hefty slate of new offerings in September 2022, with highly anticipated new seasons of “The Kardashians,” “The Handmaid’s Tale” and “Atlanta” included. Films like “Big” (1988), “Fight Club” (1999), “Get Smart” (2008), “Little Fockers” (2010), “The Social Network” (2010), “We Bought a Zoo” (2010) and more will join them.

New works to keep an eye out for include the TV adaptation of “Tell Me Lies” by Emma Roberts’ Belletriste Productions, “The Come Up,” “Reboot,” and “The Cleaning Lady” Season 2.

New Republic eyeing 2020 production start.

Goldie Hawn, Bette Midler and Diane Keaton will reunite for the first time since 1996 hit The First Wives Club in Family Jewels, which 1917 producer New Republic Pictures has won in auction from a pitch by screenwriter Peter Hoare.

The multigenerational family comedy sees the three stars play women forced to spend the Christmas holidays together, along with their children and grandchildren, after the man they were all once married to drops dead in a New York City department store.

New Republic principals Brian Oliver and Bradley Fischer will produce, along with Alan Nevins. Tracey Nyberg will serve as executive producer.
