If your into spooky stuff, this is a great show. It is well cast, I like the story lines, some have said they are lacking a bit but you can only fit so much into 42 mins. What I really like is that it, like Supernatural, is funny, dramatic, and kind of scary at times. While I admit it will probably never reach the heights of Supernatural, I really don't think the creators and writers wanted it to. It is it's own show and if you have not watched it, give it a try, if you liked Supernatural, you will like this as is, it's own show that can't possibly be confused with the other show. Just my opinion but I really hope the network gives it a second, longer season. The ratings will go up.

The pilot was not bad. But, I'm giving the show a few more times to see if I really like it. I miss Warehouse 13 that was on several years ago. I hope SYFY has a hit series. A lot of good shows are getting canceled on other networks.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this fairly well done despite its low budget. Most of the episodes barring one maybe two, are gripping, capturing the imagination of the audience, leading them on.
The ghosts though arent convincing enough, looking and feeling like actors playing the part. The dearth of effects and cgi perhaps telling, but it does impress with its eerie atmosphere that it creates. The office, or contemporary corporate setting set in stark contrast with the supernatural 'tickles' the audience's imagination.
The acting is good and the characters are well fleshed making the viewers feel for them and relate to them, though I hope they will deploy various other characters from ancient and modern folklore in future as the show progresses to more seasons.

Of the Night Stalker series. It is destined to have a cult following. I hope it is renewed. Just an insanely great horror, sci-fi tongue in cheek show. Please renew. Love the cast.

I watched one of the trailers for this show and saw the Winter Home so I was immediately interested (Our first apartment was in this house). This is not a bad show! I enjoy watching it, I love to see places I recognize around the city and I love to see theseold homes in the spotlight. You don't watch a show like this thinking it's going to win an awards...you watch it for enjoyment. It does that for me and I will keep watching.
There is some great dry humour in this show. I feel like it could definitely go somewhere interesting!
Don't expect a "deep dive" with this one..this is not a "serious" ghost hunter show by any means, but it tries to have a bit of fun with itself..Time will tell if it comes across as kinda-campy-but-good, or dry-as-paint predictable. Still, has the possibility of being a decent summer replacement show.

I just write this, because i am frustrated that users have such strong judgments without even waiting for the whole season.
If this mindset had been around 25 y ago, we probbly wouldnt have had a 5th of the most beloved shows until today.
I get that things are changing and its ok, streaming services are themselves still figuring out how to make money off of a show... it is not as simple as it was.
Still... seasons already have like half the episodes and 10times the competiotion... i think it is really distructive to rate them with a 1 out of 10. I dont get that mindset.
And anyone doing that should imo not be allowed to wine about a show beeing cancelled to early.
Even shows i really do not like, offer sth. I can see ppl liking and if it is not harmful misinformation or stuff like that, i would not just hate on it. -.-
well, to not be a hyppocrite: i have seen only 8 out of 10 episodes and i would give it a 7 average so far, but i had to just kick it up to an 8 as a lil counter to all the 1s ^^ will adjust that after the final.

Selling possessed real estate, I like it. Pity it wasn't given a 2nd season to further develop as there are so few "supernatural" type shows anymore. Liked all the characters and the general premise. Oh well, just goes to show you, now-a-days don't get to wrapped up in a new series, they seem to come and go as fast as a creepy apparition.

It's like the whole cast and crew were playing on their phones while they were writing, filming, and acting this show. The lines fall flat. Acting is student film quality. It's like they filmed people they gathered off the street while they ran lines of material they're not familiar with. What in the world is this nonsense?! It's almost so bad it's funny but it's quite awkward and painful at times. It's like watching Goosebumps with the odd curse word here and there. The concept has potential but unless the whole cast takes some acting classes before season 2 I don't see this lasting long. Anything marked SyFy should be taken as a warning.
I enjoy this show. It isn't to craycray and I love the characters. Would love to see it get a second season!

Started really well, the characters blended reasonably together and it worked even if some of the acting/effects are a bit subpar.
Season 2 finds the main character/ head estate agent struggling but it's ok, strong woman to the rescue. I would love to just enjoy a show/movie without being forced into believing that all men are useless and all women are badass girl bosses. However I guess those days are gone, why can't people compliment each others strengths anymore? I think I will stick to the Korean original. I really looked forward to season 2 and once again the people in charge crap all over a good thing.

I love this show. I actually care about all the characters and their varied personalities. They're all unique and not just a bunch of cardboard cutouts. The paranormal problems they deal with in these homes are unique and well-written and I want to see what happens in season two!

I enjoy syfy, but we mainly tuned in because we love Schitt's Creek. It's nice to see Tim Rozon, Sarah Levy, and Tennille Read in the same place. It's not the best, but I'm giving it a chance before writing it off. I'm hoping they can pick up the pace and give it a boost before it winds up in the trash. I think it has the potential to be a good show.

Season1: Likable cast and great premise. Writing is clever at times. Need a little stronger episode storylines.
Season 2: Surreal Estate is cozy fun with each episode focused on a paranormal mystery. Overall, it is a home run if you can practice the suspension of disbelief to have a good time. The CGI or other means of creating ghosts isn't always successful but is balanced by good performances and enjoyable storytelling .

Overall it seems decent.
I like Luke character played by Tim Rozon, he seems to have a lot of untold backstory that the other employees don't known the half off.
Susans (Sarah Levy) backstory is terrible, you deserve the hate you get from everyone for that, should have spun that some other way.
The other characters seem mostly 2d and at this time have a limited backstory.
The ghost scenes seem limited and probably use a lot of fancy CGI instead of practical effects maybe constraining budget for them further.
Some of the ghostbuster tech talk and action seems just to stretch the episode and not add much.
Hope they fill out the characters more and fill in their backstories.
Because of budgets constraints and writers I doubt we will get anything like the early seasons of warehouse 13 again.
P. S.
The Korean Sell Your Haunted House (Daebakbudongsan) has nothing to do with this title.
(I binged that series and it was MUCH better)

Compared with other American dramas that account for 99%-whether they are popular or not, I can't stand it at all-this drama performed just right. Actors, acting skills, lines, plot, cultural construction, and all aspects of the technical level, the show is not overly full and show off, and not hasty or procrastination. Like I said, everything is just right.
An odd concept for a tv series but it kind of works. The leads Levy and Rozon have great chemistry and sell the vibe of paranormal and upbeat.

The first episode had my curiosity, it wasn't great or amazingly original, but it seemed to have a decent idea and I was hopeful that some of the cast would step up and start carrying the show.
Sadly, the only notable performance here is done by Tim Rozon (Luke), but not for good reasons. The man looks like he's taken serious acting queues from Zoolander, the facial expressions at least are dead-on. I'd love to have more of an opinion of the show, sadly anytime a character or piece of story starts to seem slightly interesting, it comes back to him with that dumb look, and ruins whatever tension or drama that actually managed to build. Again and again.
Might stick around for another episode or two, see if some of the supporting characters get more development, since a couple seem to actually be talented, but as it stands, this show is losing me. Might consider also staying, if they show us what Luke is always staring at.

I'm a totally whimp when it comes to ghosts of anything and don't go out of my way to watch but i figured a ctv show...it coukdnt be that bad. It's not. Some creepy parts and some cheesy but i like it. Its mixed with dry humor as well so that helps. In no way a serious show. It has great potential. 4 epis out now and the acting is getting better every episode.
