  [Azrael attempts to sneak out, but Gargamel catches him] 

  Gargamel : Azrael! We're going on a nice little trip, Azrael.

  [to an imprisoned Smurfette] 

  Gargamel : All three of us, but first, I must leave a little surprise for your friends.

• Chlorhydris : Welcome, Gargamel, welcome. Ah, splendid. You brought your pet.

  Gargamel : Uh, yes, yes, and I-I-I'm ready for my gold.

  Chlorhydris : [referring to Smurfette]  And what is that... that thing?

  Smurfette : I am not a thing! I'm Smurfette!

  Gargamel : Oh, uh, she's only a-a-a mascot.

• Gargamel : [while trying to escape]  I must reach that wishing well before Chlorhydris! If there's any wishing to be done, it will be mine! It's my cat and it will be my wish! And with that wish, I will be rid of those rotten little Smurfs forever!

  [removes the grating off the hatch and starts to crawl out of the cellar] 

  Gargamel : Nobody steals my cat and gets away with it!

  [Cupid fires a love arrow at Chlorhydris] 

  Chlorhydris : Oh, Gargamel, sweetheart! Let me help you.
