As much as I love Nintendo, I do not believe in the Nintendo DS being a great console. I find people hype it too much for what it actually is, but perhaps this goes with the fact that childish games aren't for me anymore, and I'd rather play Killzone or Grand Theft Auto on a PSP. My younger sister has a DS, and as I bought Call of Duty :World at War on my Wii, she bought Guitar Hero On tour. Don't get me wrong, it is not a bad game, but frankly, from the Guitar Hero series, I have already seen better. First, if you felt outraged because you sucked at the original guitar hero games, then don't buy this. I can play songs at Hard on the consoles, but I struggle with the Easy mode on this game, and this has to do with the difficulty level. You need a HUGE patience to love this game, because it requires you to hold the DS in a twisted way that I'm sure Darren Lynn Bousman from the Saw series would have thought of. After a while, your wrist hurts and you have to stop, but frankly it's boring to have to stop when you're in the middle of a song. Also, it takes advantage of the two screens, but in the wrong way. You have this pick stylus that you use to touch the strings on a guitar on the touch screen, but if you touch beside the string, you ''miss'' the note and the 123 note streak you had just vanishes away. Still, the songs are good but the game itself is a disappointment.
