The actor Adam Axelsson, who plays Auto Didakt, is not actually from Denmark, and he does not speak Danish.
Hilda Krepper had not read the script and did not know what the film was about or who she was playing on her first day on set.
Filming took over 4 years to complete, due to lack of money. After each scene had been shot, production stopped and the producer had to find money to shoot the next scene.
The first day of shooting was the 25th of December (2019) in Obama, Japan and the last day of shooting was the 12th of May (2022) in Venice, Italy.
The part of Jack von Rosen was written specifically for Magnus Krepper.
