Remember Ali Haji, who played Naina aka Lara Dutta's son Rohan in the 2007 comedy film Partner, has now grown up to be a good looking teenager. And after 9 years, the young lad who didn't like Prem aka Salman Khan in the film, had a sort of a reunion when he recently met the Dabangg Khan on the sets of his controversial reality TV show Bigg Boss 10. Ali Haji was very excited to meet his mentor and favourite superstar Salman after so many years and certainly made him nostalgic at that moment. Once cute, now dashing, Ali was looking dapper in formal sky blue shirt and black pants teamed up with a pair of black loafers.

From Left to Right Tara Karsian and Andrea Grano
A few days ago I had the chance to talk to Tara Karsian and Andrea Grano about their upcoming film BFFs, which is out today on iTunes, Amazon, Brighthouse, Comcast Xfinity, Cox, and Time Warner.
The film two straight friends who go into couples therapy, they're so convincing that even they start to question their relationship.
Here is what Tara Karsian and Andrea Grano had to say about the film, which they both wrote and star in.
Tara, the question for you, Pat Carroll is your mom, correct? She's in the movie. What is it like working with your mother on onfilm, and would you do it again?
Tara Karsian: Never again. No I'm kidding, it was wonderful and we have never gotten to do that. The back story is that Andrea actually wrote her in, I did not, so it's only Andrea's fault.

Last week Ichabod and Abbie scored one for the good guys by ending a centuries old family curse and saving a little girl. Meanwhile, Hawley — aka Southern Gentleman Aquaman — scored one for pragmatism by running away from danger because self-preservation is an extremely underutilized skill. But with Mills and Crane feeling good about “getting the hang” of this Witness thing, what inevitably terrible fate awaits them this week with “The Weeping Lady”? *********** Oh wow. The seamstress from the Revolutionary War reenactment the other week wasn’t a throw away character! She returns and is given a name. Caroline. Miss Caroline has been busy replenishing Ichabod’s wardrobe of period appropriate clothing. And churning him butter. And making him jam. And oh dear, I think Caroline is hoping Crane with churn Her butter. Because commitment to Colonial ways is apparently an aphrodisiac. Either that or it’s just his accent. Despite looking like a budget Katrina,...

Apologies for this late recap of Thursday (July 17) night's "Big Brother." Television Critics Association press tour is causing all sorts of time crunching. Where were we? Oh right! Donny upset the field and won the PoV and then used it to protect Jocasta, whose most important piece of gameplay all season has been getting violently ill when she was on the Block and letting Donny rescue her. Let's get down to business! 9:02 p.m. Why is the camera shaking? Stop shaking the camera. 9:02 p.m. The episode begins in the aftermath of Donny's heroic liberation of Jocasta from the Block. Caleb knows that if something bad happens, his decision to put himself on the Block could be one of the dumbest in "Big Brother" history. After several weeks in virtual anonymity, Jocasta is a bit nutty with tearful gratitude. 9:03 p.m. Speaking of nutty, Caleb is in...

Comedy veteran Govinda, who is now attempting his second run at Bollywood success following a brief detour into a short lived political career, says that though the nature of the Hindi film industry has changed since he started out, he wants to “remain an actor all my life”. One of the major things the actor has learned about the contemporary film business is the importance of the promotions machine.
“Publicity drama has become a very important part for any film now. It is an important element. That’s the only reason why some of my previous movies didn’t do well.” says the actor – whose recent forays into film have included Do Knot Disturb, Naughty@40, Life Partner and Money Hai Toh Honey Hai. Unfortunately, none of these films replicated the runaway success of Partner, the film that marked Govinda’s return to the film industry following a stint in Congress representing Mumbai North.

Practically all actors have started their production house to make movies they believe in. Fardeen Khan's father, the late Feroz Khan, started F.K. Films years ago and has produced a string of movies, besides Qurbani, which was a smash hit. Now Fardeen is ready to follow in his father's footsteps and produce movies. Fardeen has decided to produce his first film, which will not be made under his father's banner. "I will start a different production house for this one. It's a comedy," Fardeen tells me of his first independent project, but adds instantly, "I also plan to fulfil my father's dream of remaking Qurbani, which, of course, will be made under my father's banner." Incidentally, Fardeen has a fantastic track record when it comes to comedies. No Entry, Heyy Babyy, Life Partner and All The Best, comedies all, have been successes.
