Ridiculous

This episode is a terrible way to start off a series about some of the greatest superheroes ever. It starts with an elderly man skiing and getting hurt. An obvious alien shows up and he says "I'm awfully glad to see you." Anyone else would have screamed and tried to crawl away. Then Superman goes to Donner Pass where two trains have lost power and one is rolling down a hill towards the other one. He pushes it back up the hill and gets it going and then just leaves the second train stranded. Then Aquaman saves a ship from crashing into some rocks and Wendy says "I wonder how he did it?" To which he replies "With a little help from my friends. From the name of the same song." What??? When Batman takes the kids and their dog in the Batmobile he makes Robin sit in the middle but when they take Aquaman they make him sit in the middle. And that's just the first 17 minutes of an hour long show. At one point they show Batman turning off the TV and you can see three switches. Their positions are "on" and "of". So sad. I fear this series is going to be really bad.
