Six hundred characters need to be written on a short film of six minutes. A tall order, but I'll give it a try.
Firstly, there's little that can be recounted in the time alloted. No deep characterisation, no real story. We understand immediately that the group of friends that includes Ayman, the guy who arranged a shag with a stranger at one in the morning, is a bunch of eccentrics.
Other than that, I didn't really get it. What was the point? Ok, we see some horseplay and mucking around and then an odd ending involving one of the characters being ejected and then pulled back into the flat. But the film didn't actually say anything to me at all. I had a bit of a smile the whole way through but it was getting forced at the end.
Not a success for me, I'm afraid.
