Japan movies and series have not consistently reached the heights of interest on Netflix that Korean projects have, but Japan is not far behind. Recently released Asura makes for fabulous viewing, for instance. One soon-to-be-released action film also appears to be on that track.

The latest film in the heist movie franchise is expected to see the return of George Clooney as Danny Ocean, with Clooney’s Smokehouse banner behind the Warner Bros. project. Alien: Romulus was a significant success at the box office while also proving to be a big hit with critics, so it wasn't exactly a huge surprise when 20th Century Studios boss Steve Asbell confirmed that early plans are in pace for a sequel last year.

Though director Fede Álvarez still hasn't officially signed on to return, it sounds like it's close to being a done deal. While dropping the news Thursday, Bad Bunny posted a teaser video for the upcoming album to his Instagram. The brief clip, directed by filmmaker Jacobo Morales, features Ocasio reminiscing over past moments with “Concho,” his friend. The album’s 17 tracks will include “Pitorro” and the previously released “El Clúb” Additionally, Bad Bunny recently released the single “Pitorro de Coco.”

Waymond Lee, best known for his role in Comedy Central’s “Workaholics,” has died. He was 72.

TMZ was the first to report the news and received confirmation of Waymond Lee’s passing via his wife, Diane Lee, and his sister, Norine Lee. The actor died Dec. 18 after a long battle with Als, otherwise known as Lou Gerigs Disease, a nervous system affliction that breaks down the nerves in the body, causing the muscles to weaken.

Lee was first diagnosed with a brain disease in October but testing earlier this month revealed it was Als.
