Game is very good, dont listen people who say graphics are bad. Graphics are wonderfull. Striking is amazing. Sense of reality on good level but there are some bad issues too. Ground and pound has to be fixed. Its not good. Even UD3's ground game is better than UFC 4. TKO's are not good but not worst too. But game is hard. You have to see oppontent's movements. You have to clear. Generally very good game but there are some issues too.
Terrible. Just terrible.awful takedown mechanics, ps 3 graphics and useful gameplay for spammers.
Bought this game because I like MMA but soon discovered that it's not actually a game for MMA fans, it's an arcade game made for kids. Stamina system is an absolute joke, all fighters (even guys like McGregor and Ngannou) have pretty much unlimited stamina. The only way you can actually drain it is either by taking too many body shots or excessive grappling, while in the stand up you can throw about 200 strikes per round and by the end of the fight still have half your stamina bar left. Another problem with stamina is that moving your head takes up more energy than throwing a head kick, which obviously shows that this game is made to be played like rock em sock em robots instead of like the real thing. Speaking of robots all of the fighters are embarrassingly slow and move like Tin Man from Wizard of Oz, like who actually punches like that? Embarrassing. The ground game is also extremely boring, although to be fair it would be very hard to make jiu jitsu enjoyable on a video game, still ruins the experience for the most part because it definitely could be better. Counter punching is also way too overpowered, landing a counter shot multiplies the damage by about 5x which is just stupid and unrealistic. Same when you're throwing body shots, if you get caught by an uppercut then I can guarantee that 95% of the time you're either getting stunned heavily, knocked down, or KOd. Just laughable really and shows that EA had no clue what they were doing when they made this game. There's also strong indication that they're scripting matches again like they've been caught doing numerous times with FIFA and Madden. It's honestly incredible that EA can question why they're the most hated gaming company of all time.
This game is absolutely terrible is embarrising all people do is take down defend ground transitions forever because it is so easy to do and stroking people get a crazy hook and it does so much damage it puts your fighter in a critical state and most the time hits barely do damage.
The game is undoubtedly terrible, the striking is clunky and the ground game is stupid. The UFC Undisputed games from 10 years ago have more in depth ground game system and striking than this. The takedowns are broken, the stamina is broken, YOU CAN PLAY CAFS IN RANKED, the animations are terrible. There's so much stuff missing from the game that were in games from decades ago i legit dont get it.
