Guy with ENT issue has cataracts

Did anyone notice that the guy with ENT issues has a cataract it his left eye? Like eyes shouldn't reflect light like that. I'm looking at the scene where he talks about his wife with Dr. Yang and I'm going....after you fix the nerve they can work on your eyes!
