Very sweet movie. On the first hand it's a movie for children, and it is, but also so much more. So many deep thoughts and moving scenes really warm my heart. Kid actors are surprisingly solid and adult ones are truly amazing. Olga killed it with this role, and Snjezana really embodies her character. While he does not have a lot to say, just by watching Zarko Lausevic you understand everything. He is truly one of the, if not the best Serbian actor. I would also mention the book this movie was based on which is also amazing, maybe even better. I mean, book is always better, but this movie is just so sweet that it really is faithful adaptation.

A warm teenage story about growing up, friendship, the intergenerational gap, set in the beautiful ambience of the Adriatic Sea. Everyone can recognize such story in their life. For us from ex-Yugoslavia, it is very emotional, because it evokes the most beautiful memories from childhood.

The movie is great! I was on a birthday party and we went to watch the movie, I didn't like the parts with teenage love. Isn't the girl too little to kiss?
Everything about being great to be human ... The humor, the teenage imagination, the feelings, the love, the compassion ... Is gently wrapped into this beautiful and charming film. Please, do yourself a favor and just watch it. It is awarded for a reason.

Amazing movie that can watch everybody, anytime, many times!
It brings back beautiful childhood memories and each scene is an art. I don't know whether I liked more the story, the acting, the scenery, everything was just so perfect, I was overwhelmed!.
It was obvious that the whole team enjoyed in this project and that's why such a magic happened!
I can't recall when I watched such a beautiful movie that evoke lots of feelings, many at the same time like you laugh but also cry.
The only thing that I didn't like is that it was too short! Time passes enormously quickly when you watch such a work of art!

As a teenager and as a big film buff and lover of cinematography, both domestic and foreign, I understood this film as an inspiration. I like that teenage love is a secondary story, and that it is not the focus of the film, leaving room for some deeper, more serious themes, masterfully portrayed through warm, family humor. I think it's disastrous that they shoot less for children and young people in domestic cinema, and that's exactly why this film was refreshing. We really need more films like that, such a sad fact we don't. Yet, this is without any doubt remarkable. Truly inspiring, warm, fun and great!

The film "How I Learned to Fly" is about a girl named Klara who goes to Croatia with her grandmother. Unfortunately, my rating for this film is 3 because I think there are many better Serbian films with a message or at least better humor. Definitely the thing I liked the least was the cinematography of the movie, and then the bad acting of 90% of movie cast.
