I decided to watch this movie when I learned that prior to become the famous St Augustine, he lived sinfully and in the midst of worldly pleasures.
I got intrigued how a man can turn his life this way and also got excited when I discovered that he wrote his book "Confessions" where he.. well.. confess everything. It's just that I wasn't so keen to read the whole book.
Then I found this movie and it explains briefly but effectively the logic behind this process showing Augustine as a real human in a way you and me will feel related to him. If you cannot read his book "Confessions", I'm sure this movie will do a great work shedding light on the topic.
