"Blind Ghost" is a true "WTF?" movie. The movie is about Lily (Alix Villaret), who is blinded in an accident, and her family, who are a very odd crew indeed -- one aunt is in a wheelchair, one aunt keeps on saying they should let her die, there's an uncle that has tattooed his entire head to appear like he's wearing a helmet, and one normal relative who I think is her sister (although it's not really made clear). The police fear that the accident was no accident, so a detective is hired to protect Lily, and she also seems to possibly be contacted by a ghost.
The movie is really a mess. Plotlines start and stop left and right - we'll see someone apparently planning something and then it's dropped. Characters act in crazy ways -- for example, the weird lawyer bursts in on a family gathering, strips his shirt off and starts guzzling beers, the detective says he'd rather sleep on a stoop than a couch and keeps mouse traps handy, Lily resists training in braille and the instructor just hurls insults at her. And the whole thing ends with the writer/director (who oddly doesn't take a credit) just throwing twist after twist after twist in the space of a couple of minutes, and none of them make sense and they completely contradict major plot points.
Don't like to hate on low budget movies -- although I do question the "low budget" designation since it is filmed on palatial sets -- I mean just gorgeous, huge magnificent houses and estates -- and the actors are clearly giving it their all, but this one is rough.
