Plot

When Katie Rumbo is denied the use of the bathroom, things go bad. She takes out the local police, and runs off. They are quickly embarrassed by her superior skills. Her commanding officer arrives to save this small town from Rumbo.

Upon nearing Hope, B.C. Katie Rumbo's Volkswagen Beetle sputters and dies just outside the city limits. As she walks into town she meets the local Sheriff who offers her a ride. He explains to Katie that they don't like her type in this town, "pee'rs", and that she can't pee here. He drops her off on the other side of town and tells her she may have better luck down the road. Katie is not one to take no for an answer, she walks back into town set on buying gas and using the bathroom. Fearful of outsiders bringing a virus into their town, the locals deny her the use of a bathroom. When Katie insists, the Sheriff shows up and she is arrested. When his deputies try to incarcerate her, she snaps and all hell breaks loose. Katie takes them all out and goes on the run. The Sheriff gets his posse and some tracking dogs together to hunt Katie down. One of his deputies warns him that she is a decorated desert storm vet and that he probably should have just let her go pee. Stubborn and with a bruised ego, the Sheriff continues his hunt into the forest for Katie. Katie shows the Sheriff and his deputies that they are on her turf now and proceeds to humiliate the Sheriff and his deputies once again. Finally, Colonel Daniel Troutbum is called in, Katie's commanding officer during the desert storm conflict. He is there to save the Sheriff and his deputies from Katie. She's finally captured and taken in when she tries once more to sneak back into town and use the bathroom. But Katie Rumbo will not be taken without a fight!!
