Arguably one of the best, most elaborate and most impressive Czech series in a long time. The social commentary (albeit leaning towards sensationalism) regarding Czech educational system is done more or less in an impartial way, in order to start a public discussion.
Well-written characters (apart from the ombudsman himself, especially the "simple" driver played by Reznicek and Plesl as the "éminence grise" from the Ministry of education). The dialogues, direction, editing, acting, music - all great.
At times the plot resorts to clichés, but overall in terms of quality the series is comparable to Western production.
