Was initially meant to shoot between April and May 2020, but filming was delayed six months due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This led to Patrick Catalifo, who was supposed to reprise his role from Meurtres à Brides-les-Bains (2018), to drop out due to scheduling conflicts and be replaced by Samuel Labarthe as a new character.
